Been a couple of days

It took me four day. Four whole days. And a metric ass ton of frogging. But I think I did it. I designed my first hat!!!! 💜💜💜 Well... the brim part. I should have the rest figured out today or tomorrow.

Erg. Arg.

Spent today designing a hat pattern. Got eight rows, the brim, finished while meticulously writing down every step. An entire days progress. Frogged. Glad tomorrow is a new day.

Patterns, patterns everywhere

I worked on a little crochet today. A couple more rows on my crocodile stitch cowl. But, in keeping with one of the few New Years resolutions I actually made, I decided to spend some time organizing my crochet binder. I decide to try to get organized as I was crocheting between Thanksgiving and Yule. I couldn’t figure out what to do with the patterns that come on the yarn labels. And I had a lot of labels. I kinda just stuck them in the pocket in the back of my binder. I’m spending the evening with a notebook, those damn labels, wine, and Supernatural on Netflix. *sigh* Why does organization take so long?!? I need to find some easy methods.

So I'm super excited! I've got a place to talk about my crafty stuff, and whatever in general!

There will probably be a lot of crochet related stuff because I REALLY love yarn. A lot. I'm not 100% how often I'll post, but I feel like this is going to be a new addiction. And just in time for the new year!
